What to include in your request

Tell us the public Instagram handle you connected, the layout you chose and the URL of your published page and the website platform you use. Describe what appears in the builder or plugin preview and what appears on the live site. If those differ, include the steps you took before publishing so we can check where the change occurred.

For a feed that has stopped updating, mention when you last saw a new post and whether the profile is still public. For a design question, describe the spacing, colours or mobile behaviour you want to change. Add the exact wording of any error message. For account questions, use your account email so we can find the right subscription and reply to you.
