Rules for using RevuKit
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RevuKit and our websites, widgets, and related services. By accessing or using RevuKit, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription status determines access to premium widgets and features. If a subscription becomes inactive, access to premium features may be limited.
Third-party review and social feed data
RevuKit displays publicly available review information from third-party platforms. To improve performance and reliability, RevuKit may temporarily store copies of this data in its systems. Cached data is used solely to render widgets efficiently and is refreshed or removed periodically. RevuKit does not claim ownership of third-party review content.
The RevuKit Instagram Feed plugin for Framer displays publicly available Instagram profile and post information for public Instagram profiles that users choose to connect. By connecting an Instagram profile, you confirm that you are authorized to display that feed on your Framer site and that the profile is public. RevuKit does not require Instagram login credentials and does not access private Instagram accounts.
Data accuracy and availability
We do not create, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party review content. Review data may change or become unavailable due to updates on third-party platforms. RevuKit is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of reviews displayed through the service.
Instagram feed data and media URLs may change, expire, be removed, or become unavailable because of Instagram platform behavior, account privacy changes, network restrictions, third-party data retrieval limits, or changes outside RevuKit's control. RevuKit may cache, refresh, proxy, hide, or retry affected media to keep widgets reliable, but we do not guarantee that every Instagram post or media asset will always be available.
Customer consent responsibilities for embeds
If you embed RevuKit widgets on your own website, you are responsible for providing required privacy notices and obtaining any legally required visitor consent before loading third-party widgets or similar technologies, including in regions with cookie or ePrivacy consent requirements.
Google affiliation disclaimer
RevuKit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Google LLC. Google and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the platform. We are not liable for service interruptions, data changes, or errors.
Framer components inserted by RevuKit may depend on RevuKit backend endpoints at runtime to validate access, retrieve the latest synced feed data, and proxy media. If RevuKit, Framer, Instagram, or a related third-party provider is unavailable, blocked, rate-limited, or returns an error, the widget may show a loading, empty, fallback, or partial state until service is restored or data is refreshed.
Usage limits
Different subscription plans have different monthly widget view limits. Free accounts are limited to specific widgets and view counts. We reserve the right to enforce usage limits and rate limiting to maintain service quality.
Third-party services
RevuKit integrates with third-party providers including Google, Stripe, Firebase, Vercel, and data retrieval services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
For Instagram feed features, RevuKit may use data retrieval providers, including Apify, and cloud hosting providers to fetch, store, cache, refresh, and serve publicly available feed data requested by users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevuKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
