Rules for using RevuKit

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RevuKit and our websites, widgets, and related services. By accessing or using RevuKit, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

  1. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
  2. You may only use RevuKit to display reviews for businesses you own or are authorized to manage.
  3. You agree not to abuse the service, bypass usage limits, or interfere with our infrastructure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription status determines access to premium widgets and features. If a subscription becomes inactive, access to premium features may be limited.

Third-party review data

RevuKit displays publicly available review information from third-party platforms. To improve performance and reliability, RevuKit may temporarily store copies of this data in its systems. Cached data is used solely to render widgets efficiently and is refreshed or removed periodically. RevuKit does not claim ownership of third-party review content.

Data accuracy and availability

We do not create, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party review content. Review data may change or become unavailable due to updates on third-party platforms. RevuKit is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of reviews displayed through the service.

Google affiliation disclaimer

RevuKit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Google LLC. Google and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the platform. We are not liable for service interruptions, data changes, or errors.

Usage limits

Different subscription plans have different monthly widget view limits. Free accounts are limited to specific widgets and view counts. We reserve the right to enforce usage limits and rate limiting to maintain service quality.

Third-party services

RevuKit integrates with third-party providers including Google, Stripe, Firebase, Vercel, and data retrieval services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevuKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
