Partner programme

Agencies join at revukit.com/agencies and get a partner code straight away. Joining is free.

We review every partner before their first payout. We can decline or remove a partner at that point, or at any time if these terms are broken.

• Give each client their own RevuKit account, with its own email address. Never reuse an email address across clients.
• Enter your partner code in the “Agency partner code” box when you check out that client’s Pro or Enterprise plan, or use your checkout link, which fills it in for you.
• Codes must be entered at checkout. Subscriptions that already exist can’t be linked to you afterwards, except by us at our discretion.
• A client stays linked to the partner whose code was used. Only we can change it.

You earn 30% of every payment on each subscription linked to you, excluding tax, for as long as that subscription stays active. At current prices that’s £2.10 or $2.70 a month for each Pro client, and £7.50 or $9.00 for each Enterprise client, depending on the currency the client pays in.

It doesn’t matter who pays. Your client can pay on their own card, or you can pay and bill them yourself. Whoever pays is charged the normal price.

• Free trials, failed payments, and payments that are refunded or disputed. If we’ve already counted commission on a payment that is later refunded or disputed, we take it back, from your next payout if it has already been paid.
• Subscriptions for your own websites or businesses. The programme is for client sites.
• Anything gained through misleading clients, fake accounts, or using someone else’s card without permission.

• Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment, to allow for refunds.
• On the 1st of each month we email you a statement.
• You earn in the currency each client pays: pounds for UK clients, dollars for others. We pay each currency separately and never convert between them.
• Once your payable balance in a currency reaches £50 or $50, send us an invoice for that amount with your bank details, and we pay it by bank transfer. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn, and for any bank or transfer fees on your side.

You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including any fees you charge them and telling them what you need to. You may tell clients that you earn a commission from RevuKit.

Each client account is subject to the main RevuKit terms. Don’t make promises about RevuKit that we don’t make ourselves.

We may change the rate or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Subscriptions already linked to you keep the rate they had.

You can leave at any time by emailing us. When you leave, we pay out any payable balance of £50 or $50 or more in each currency.

We can suspend or remove a partner who breaks these terms. Commission from fraudulent or abusive activity is cancelled.

Joining the programme doesn’t make you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you can’t act or make commitments on RevuKit’s behalf.

These terms sit alongside the main RevuKit terms and conditions. If they conflict on anything to do with the partner programme, these terms apply.
