Connect your business.
Find your Google listing and every design fills with your own reviews. Pick one, match it to your brand and publish it in minutes.
Your business on Google
Use the name as it appears on Google Maps, not your website’s name.
Search tips
- 1Your business isn’t on Google yet. You need a Google Business Profile before reviews can appear. Claim your business on Google
- 2Your listing is brand new or recently verified. Google can take a few days to index a new profile. Try again in 24–48 hours.
- 3The name doesn’t match Google exactly. Try the full name as it appears on Google Maps (e.g. “Joe’s Coffee Bar”, not “Joe’s Coffee”). Adding your city helps too.
- 4You’re a service-area business without a storefront. Search supports these. If yours still doesn’t appear, use the Google Place ID option above. About service-area businesses
- 5Your profile has been suspended. Google may suspend listings that break its guidelines. Check your listing status
